Frequently Asked Questions

No preparation needed! Our exceptional Registered Massage Therapists, Darcy and Jerene will pamper your body with their experienced and skillful hands.

During your consultation prior to your treatment, you will be able to speak with one of our skilled Registered Massage Therapists. At this time, you will be able to communicate your needs and specify which massage you are interested in. Together with the recommendation from our RMT, they will be able to curate a massage treatment that is customized to you.

Unfortunately at this time we do not provide direct billing to your private insurance provider. Our receipts are typically sent to you via email with the respective RMT’s insurance code. You can conveniently send this to your insurance provider and benefit from any coverage that you may have.

Massages are up to the discretion of the client and massage therapists. Our RMT will be able to give you a customized treatment plan that encompasses how many treatments are suggested over a period of time. If you are solely looking for relaxation benefits, we suggest booking for treatments every 2-4 weeks.
